We're Jenn and Joe, and our story is all about escaping the grind of the "golden-handcuffs" and finding freedom through creative finance.
I (Jenn) was a middle school English teacher who loved my job and spending time with my kids, while Joe was stuck at a car dealership, working late nights and missing precious family moments.
Joe needed a change but didn’t want to sacrifice the financial stability of his W2 income. Then, he had a “a-ha" moment and decided to dive into creative finance.
Fast forward to now, we’re running a full-time real estate investing business.
We specialize in picking up pristine properties using strategies like seller financing, subject to, and wrap mortgages.
We’ve snagged properties with very little down in some of the most competitive neighborhoods around, building our wealth while enjoying the time freedom we craved.
